The Black Con and the White Naive Idealist (full article)

Intro

Since the thesis and anti-thesis of the black con and the white naive idealist is still with us (August, 2000), and will still be here until we reach a synthesis, I thought it would be a good time to re-publish this article, with all of our treasured readers’ thoughtful comments.

Immigration

We can see the warped thinking of the white naive idealist effecting such areas of immigration (the Hispanic con) and terrorism (the Muslim con).  That is, many Progressives sincerely believe that the U.S. should be the only country in the world without an immigration policy that is actually enforced.  They sincerely believe we should have open borders, and that this policy will work in the long run.  They have amnesia regarding the immigration reform in 1986 where the American citizens were promised: “Let all the illegal immigrants become citizens and then we will really enforce the immigration laws.” This resulted in over 12 million illegal immigrants residing in the U.S. in 2020, with the Progressives having the policy of “no deportations,” which means that if anyone in the world can get their feet on American soil, by any means necessary, they have the right to eventually become citizens.

Generalizations

And we still have the taboo against generalizing about any group of people.  This is called “racism” or “stereotyping” by the Progressive con , the black con, the Hispanic con and the Muslim con.   Thus, we can’t believe that Muslim immigrants have a higher probability of committing acts of terrorism than immigrants from Christian countries.  This hypothesis is seen as the height of evil, even worse than Nazi Germany.

This naive idealist mentality also has created a blind eye in American thought to the gradual takeover of much of the world by China.  And we certainly can’t make generalizations about the Chinese people!

So, here is the article originally written in July, 2017:

The “black con” has been described in other articles in this site as the collection of false and dysfunctional racial beliefs and ideas held by over 25% of the black population. The black con is also the portion of an individual African American’s personality that holds these beliefs and behaviors.

The “white naive idealists” are the white persons who are “conned” by these beliefs — perhaps over 25% of the white population.  They accept and agree with the black con, especially the black guilt trip. They feel terrible about their own feelings and perceptions about the African American community. They support giving the black con whatever they demand. Often they end up receiving the negative consequences of the black con. They passively watch their communities and cities being harmed (during periodic riots) and they end up paying for their restoration. They see little progress in race relations, regardless of how much they give.  The more they help the “poor,” the greater numbers of “poor” people there are.  (This is largely caused by the more benefits given to single mothers, the more out-of-wedlock births there are (now 70% in the black community.  Young men being raised without the leadership and example of responsible, loving fathers is one of the biggest causes of crime and poverty.)

The very nature of the naive idealist is that he/she thinks like a doughnut, that is, there is a hole in their thinking.  This vacuum is usually caused by a lack of experience with reality, which, in turn, is caused by youth.  Pure thought synthesized with its anti-thesis, earthy reality, often results in wisdom.

This vacuous thought — often displayed by years of living in the ivory tower of idealistic universities — is often contaminated by black con and white con thought, given by professors who have students captured in classrooms.  If they don’t listen to what the professor says and feed the ideas back to her, the students don’t get A’s or B’s.  Then they can forget about medical school and law school.

The white con

Discussing the black con and the Progressive con in no way minimizes the dysfunctional effects of the white con, those dysfunctional beliefs and ideas held by over 25% European Americans.  These beliefs include radical, libertarian free enterprise, existential white superiority, and unlimited consumption of goods and services,

The price of the black con

The average African American pays a heavy price for the dysfunctional effects of the black con, especially an increased negative stigma in the perception of the African American community and the black individual. Of course, this stigma and the other consequences of the black con is blamed on white racism (while “black racism” is a taboo thought).

The protests in Charlottesville, in Baltimore, in the Trayvon Martin affair, the Michael Brown affair — and now the George Lloyd affair– and other black/white conflicts were not primarily aimed at stopping police violence against unarmed black men, but rather to energize the black con movement, specifically to gain as much black power as possible. The black con and the Progressive con will use any imperfection in the society to energize the movement to the maximum extent.  Protesting blacks killing other blacks or other imperfections in the black community doesn’t result in more money and benefits nor more black power.

Some of the goals of the black power movement are those of the black con: to achieve neurotic freedom, neurotic equality, neurotic justice, and neurotic peace.

Neurotic equality

The black con wants to establish a society where blacks have as much political and economic power as whites, even though they comprise only 14% of the population. They want to have the same financial equality of whites, even though they don’t work as hard and don’t do the other behaviors that are necessary to financial success. Here are some of those behaviors:

Get married and stay married (be responsible for your children).

Invest 20% of your income (especially in your education).

Understand compound interest.

Value authentic education.

Protestors complain that there is 50% unemployment among black youth. But the white realist looks around and sees almost 0% unemployment among young Hispanic illegal immigrants (who came to the U.S.because they were treated worse in their home countries than African Americans are treated in the U.S.). The white taxpayer sees these (often illegal) immigrants working hard, contributing to society, and earning enough money to support themselves and their families, as well as sending money back home.

The white realist also sees Asian youth with nearly 0% unemployment. Many of these youths have experienced much more oppression in their home countries than blacks have had in this country.  For example, some experts feel that Mao Tse Tung killed over 50 million Chinese in his era of rule.  Compare this to the 5,000 African American males who were killed in the whole era of lynching.  Or compare this to the over 2,500 Africa Americans murdered by other African Americans every year!.  Or the  thousands of  slaves who died in the Atlantic crossing (while the 50,000 slaves who survived the forced immigration now have descendants of over 50 million!)

Also, consider the suffering of African Americans during slavery, the Jim Crow era, and contemporary discrimination, compare this with the suffering of European Americans in the last 3,000 years:  the almost constant warfare (100 million deaths in the 20th century alone); the suppression of peasants and lower class whites by the European aristocracy for over 2,000 years; the bubonic plague; the Black Death, the intense poverty of the lower classes; the oppression by tens of dictators; and so on.

The present quality of life of African Americans — among the highest in all the world, although not near the quality of life the black con demands — has resulted from the philosophical, political, and economic evolution of Western history.  This evolution resulted from over this 3,000 years of intense suffering of European whites.

With his demand for financial equality between all racial groups, the black con is committed to taking as much money from the white naive idealist as he can get, until there is this racial financial equality (without equal contribution).  To accomplish this goal he applies constant political pressure to pass laws for more income distribution and more diversity.  If that doesn’t work, there’s always theft and drug dealing. Any resistance to the goal of racial financial equality by the white realist is considered racism and oppression.

Neurotic justice

Black activists are also demanding neurotic justice. They want an equal percentage of all races arrested and imprisoned, regardless of the different behaviors of the different races. Thus since blacks are only 14% of the U.S. population there should be only 14% black prisoners, as opposed the current number of around 50%.  Having this high prison population is considered by the black con as the reinstitution of slavery and Jim Crow laws, and jails are seen as plantations.

The protestors want to be able to resist arrest, assault cops, refuse to obey reasonable orders from cops, and threaten cops with injury, all with no consequences.

The protestors want African Americans to be treated equally by cops, as equal as everyone else, even though African American males commit four times the rate of crimes as the average American. And this includes four times the rate in the murdering of cops.  Cops arresting more blacks than other racial groups is considered “racial profiling.”

Neurotic peace

The protestors want neurotic peace. They want to be able to destroy property and assault innocent people in riots until all of their demands are met. Then there will be peace. Until then, “No justice no peace.”

Neurotic freedom

Many of the protestors also want neurotic freedom for African Americans. They want to be free from the U.S. (racist, Jim Crow) laws, especially they want the freedom to steal, assault, kill, and sell drugs, with no legal consequences (since this behavior is caused by white supremacy and white racism). They want to be free to engage in any anti-social (but legal) behavior — that is, rude, inconsiderate, and disrespectful behavior — without any social or professional consequences (like social discrimination).  Any practical political strategy to combat this neurotic freedom is seen as oppressive and racist.  Any social resistance to Africa America anti-social behavior is often seen as trying to impose the racist values of the white majority onto the innocent black minority.

The definition of “freedom”
The Christian definition of “freedom” is the freedom from sin and death.

The black con definition of “freedom” is the right to do whatever I want” (without negative consequences).

Riots forever 

It seems as though naive whites must accept these periodic riots, regardless of what is done. The riots will continue for indefinite future, for the neurotic demands for neurotic freedom, justice, equality, and peace can never be met.

African Americans will never have equal outcomes as the average American until they behave in the same way as those Americans behave who have what the black con wants.  Here are some of those behaviors:

Reduce the 70% illegitimacy rate to the average American rate, around 20%. (If African Americans want to achieve what Asian Americans achieve, they can reduce the rate to their level, around 5%.)

African American men contribute to the raising of their children as much as men in other groups.

Obey laws to the same extent as every other group in America (especially the laws against theft, assault, murder, welfare fraud, and drug dealing).  Raise their children to obey the laws passed by the democratic process (as imperfect as it may be) and the basic rules of civilization, that is, don’t be rude and be considerate of others.

Have the same respect for these laws and the same cooperation with police.

Earn the same grades in school.

Earn the same levels of education.

Work as hard.

Contribute as much.  Contribute to the same extent as others contribute to the society and to one’s workplace.  Contribute to the economy as much as they receive from the economy.

Invest their personal income as much.

Have the same level consideration and respect for other persons as people in other racial groups have.

Have an equal level of etiquette.

Accept the reality that African Americans have the same moral and legal duties as every other person in the world. They are equal.

Black con racial beliefs

One of the core beliefs of the black con is that – because of slavery and racial discrimination of the past and in the present – they are unable to choose to have these equal behaviors. Thus, they are not responsible for their black con behavior, especially crime, deception, and fraud.  However, few immigrants buy this rationalization.  Only the white naive idealist buys it because of the black guilt trip that has so successfully been placed in his mind.

These immigrants know that their personal histories in their home countries have been much more difficult and much more oppressive than African American’s history. But yet they succeed in the U.S. often even higher than the average white American. For instance Caribbean blacks have a higher income than the average white American after only one generation. And the Chinese immigrants – who had draconian oppression under communism – do better than the average white American in almost every field. And Jewish people have been oppressed and discriminated against for over 2,000 years, but they still excel in almost every field (except farming).

Black racism may be even more dysfunctional to African American lives than white racism. Black racism — with its hostility towards whites — may inhibit the black personality to economically contribute to society and to subordinate to the authentic authorities in society (like one’s white boss or white customers).  The ability to contribute and to subordinate to authentic authority are essential for success in any field.

Even though African Americans, as a group, have historically suffered more than European Americans as a group (in the last 400 years, only), many black individuals have suffered much less than many white individuals.

For example, consider President Obama. Even though he may have suffered some racial discrimination in his personal life — for example, in his youth having white sales people keeping an eye on him in stores — he was still raised in Hawaii; lived in Indonesia; had devoted grandparents; had a devoted (and saintly) mother; went to Columbia University,; and graduated from Harvard Law School. Consider his “suffering” with an average white kid’s suffering who was raised in the American suburbs, or an average white kid who was raised in Appalachia.

Also compare the suffering of the average black urban youth who engages in crime — who is in the peak of his health and has a lifetime of hope and opportunity — to an elderly white person, who is facing suffering and death, and who is often the victim of his crime.

Conclusion

Dysfunctional beliefs and dysfunctional political policies can never work in the long run.  The reason for this is that the very nature of dysfunction beliefs and behaviors is that they are not congruent with political, economic and psychological reality. In the long run, reality always wins. Truth always wins.

In the meantime, we will probably see these periodic riots and protests go on for a long, long time.  If it isn’t “the killing of unarmed black men by police,” it will be another imperfection in the society, or another imperfection in the European-American personality (while the black con sees himself as perfect).  After all, these riots and protests have been going on for over 50 years now, with little improvement race relations, even though hundreds of billions of dollars have been transferred from white to black.

This paradigm of the black con and white naive idealist — as a way to more accurately perceive the phenomenon going on in our society — is not meant to put all the blame on the black con for some of the dysfunctional and unnecessary problems in our society, but rather to also put the blame — and responsibility — on those people who participate in the dysfunctional beliefs of the white naive idealist.

These white naive idealists often do not express appropriate honesty and moral courage in pointing out the causes and cures of racial  problems because of (realistic) fears of being labeled a “racist” and having one’s social and professional career being harmed (if not destroyed).  In the same way, the 75% of the African American population who do not believe in the dysfunctional beliefs of the black con, are similarly intimidated from expressing their moral courage concerning the black con for fears of being labeled an “Oreo,” an”Uncle Tom,” a “self-hating African American,” or, even worse, “a Conservative.”
